Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sports education, preferably in a residential/boarding school

Specialization: Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in Physical Education / Sports Science / Sports Management. Proven experience in sports administration, coaching, and team management. Experience in leading multiple sports disciplines and managing large teams of coaches. Exposure to organising inter-school, state, national, or international tournaments.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to liaise with parents, alumni, sports bodies, and external coaches. Strong reporting skills for performance reviews and management updates.
