Construction of New Senior House 1 at Mayo College Girls' School, Ajmer

MCGS invites reputed contractors to participate in the tender process for the Civil Works – Capital Works. The Estimate for work is attached, Total Amount is ₹ 1350 Lakhs ( Rupees Thirteen Hundred Fifty Lakhs).

Interested vendors/contractors are requested to download the Tender Document from the school websites  From 21st February to 7th March 2026 till 4:00 P.M.

Tender should be addressed to Principal, Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer and submitted in sealed envelope by 10:00am on 09th March 2026 at the Administrative Office in Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer.

Other Special Repair Works FY 2025-26 (In Winter Break)

MCGS invites reputed contractors to participate in the tender process for the Civil Works –Other Special Repair Works. The estimated for all works is attached, Total Amount is ₹ 26.19 lakh. Interested vendors/contractors are requested to collect the Tender Document from the PWD Office of Mayo College Girls’ School between 10:00 AM to 5:00PM from 22 Nov 2025 and submit before or by 12:00 noon of 27th Nov 2025. The completed tender documents must be submitted on or before 27th November 2025, by 12:00 noon in the admin office of MCGS.

Emergency Roof Repair Work

Our school invites reputed contractors to participate in the tender process for the Civil Works – Emergency Ceiling Repair, involving the repair of the existing roof at Block-E Staff Quarters. The estimated cost of the work is ₹24.36 Lakhs.

Interested vendors/contractors are requested to collect the Tender Document from the PWD Office between 10:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs starting from 17th September 2025.

The completed tender documents must be submitted on or before 22nd September 2025, by 12:00 noon.
