Round Square is first and foremost an internationally diverse network of 200 like minded schools in 50 countries on six continents. They connect and collaborate to offer world-class programmes and experiences that develop global competence, character and confidence in our students.
Model United Nations (MUN) club is an academic simulation for students to assume the roles of delegates representing different countries to address real-world issues using their assigned nation’s policies and perspectives. At MCGS, the MUN Club is committed to nurturing essential skills in diplomacy, persuasion, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving among students.
The school contributes towards effective and long-lasting development of individuals through various Exchange Programmes. Our programmes offer our students a way to pursue their passions, learn with peers from around the globe, and acquire and practice modern learning skills that will serve them well in college, career, and life.
Community Service forms an essential part of a students’ life at Mayo College Girls’ School. Our aim is to nurture sensitive and ethical leaders of tomorrow along with extending a helping hand to the various under privileged sections of society, through various International and Regional Service Projects.
At MCGS we provide a plethora of opportunities to our students to immerse themselves in another culture and see the world from another perspective. We all grow up with a certain belief system, so seeing the world through another lens gives our students a greater appreciation and empathy for others. Our cultural immersion programmes provide our students with a unique opportunity to engage meaningfully with the people who call it home, to build relationships, make friends, see life from another perspective and to become a truly global citizen.
